Senior Living SMART is one such partner who continues to add services to their already impressive platform. We’re also excited to share a forward-thinking pilot program just introduced by SiteStaff. As you can see by visiting their website, SiteStaff’s digital chat representatives seek to ‘humanize your website experience.’ Our Sherpa Training Team spent a couple of days with SiteStaff’s talented chat representatives. We taught them how to engage in Prospect-Centered® conversation online and were thrilled when SiteStaff announced they were introducing a new Prospect-Centered® pilot program.
Instead of simply booking a tour like most referral and chat companies, the chat representatives will, when possible, attempt to establish trust and confirm an initial home visit with prospects.
