St. Louis MO – Jennifer Dixon has joined Sherpa CRM in the newly created Chief Customer Officer role. Sherpa President Alex Fisher says, “We are excited to add a well-respected professional like Jennifer to the Sherpa Team. She has a unique understanding of our industry and will be instrumental in enhancing our ability to support our Sherpa customers through their journey to success.”

Says David Smith, Sherpa’s CEO, “We’re changing the way the industry looks at a CRM. Sherpa is a powerful software tool, but it’s also designed to change sales behaviors. To better serve our clients and customers toward this change, creating the CCO position was crucial. We see the CCO role as a champion for the customer, a natural fit for our Person-Centered culture. And there’s no one better suited to lead this charge than Jennifer Dixon.”

A veteran of the Senior Housing industry, with over 10 years of experience, Dixon most recently served as Vice President of Sales for Benchmark Senior Living, based outside Boston, MA. For Benchmark, Dixon led a successful culture shift for the organization that resulted in the stabilization of under-performing properties, an increase in monthly move-ins and a decrease in sales team turnover.

Dixon is excited to bring together her sales consulting experience with her hands-on community-level management expertise. While being based outside of Boston, Dixon will travel to many of Sherpa’s client-customers for training and implementation of Sherpa’s CRM software and their Prospect-Centered Sales® philosophy. “I love this industry. My goal is to help guide investors, operators, leasing counselors, and ultimately prospective residents towards growth and success. Sherpa allows me the perfect opportunity to do just that.”

About Sherpa CRM: Sherpa is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) company and is the only senior living sales management software designed and implemented by senior living sales experts. Founders David Smith and Alex Fisher are veteran influencers in the senior living sales industry and run Sherpa out of its home office in St. Louis, MO.
