St. Louis MO – Jennifer Dixon has joined Sherpa CRM in the newly created Chief Customer Officer role. A veteran of the Senior Housing industry, with over 10 years of experience, Dixon most recently served as Vice President of Sales for Benchmark Senior Living, based outside Boston, MA. For Benchmark, Dixon led a successful culture shift for the organization that resulted in the stabilization of under-performing properties, an increase in monthly move-ins and a decrease in sales team turnover.
Dixon is excited to bring together her sales consulting experience with her hands-on community-level management expertise. While being based outside of Boston, Dixon will travel to many of Sherpa’s client-customers for training and implementation of Sherpa’s CRM software and their Prospect-Centered Sales® philosophy. “I love this industry. My goal is to help guide investors, operators, leasing counselors, and ultimately prospective residents towards growth and success. Sherpa allows me the perfect opportunity to do just that.”
