Matrixcare (in progress) 
This integration allows users to send prospects from Sherpa into Matrixcare by recording a Deposit or Sale in Sherpa. This action will send over demographic information, contact information and census information for that prospect. Matrixcare will return census updates to Sherpa including move-outs and unit transfers.

PointClickCare (in progress) 
This integration allows users to send prospects from Sherpa into PointClickCare by recording a Deposit or Sale in Sherpa. This action will send over demographic information, contact information and census information for that prospect.

Yardi 
This integration allows users to send prospects from Sherpa into Yardi by recording a Deposit or Sale in Sherpa. This action will send over demographic information, contact information and census information for that prospect.

Eldermark 
This integration allows users to send prospects from Sherpa into Eldermark by recording a Deposit or Sale in Sherpa. This action will send over demographic information, contact information and census information for that prospect. Eldermark will return census updates to Sherpa including move-outs and unit transfers.

Caremerge 
This integration allows users to send prospects from Sherpa into Caremerge by recording a Deposit or Sale in Sherpa. This action will send over demographic information, contact information and census information for that prospect. Caremerge will return census updates to Sherpa including move-outs and unit transfers.

Alis 
This integration allows users to send prospects directly into Alis by scheduling an Assessment in Sherpa. This will not only send over all demographic information for that prospect, but also schedule the assessment in both Sherpa and Alis. This action will also create a new window in the shared prospect’s Sherpa profile, allowing the user to view any Alis updates for that prospect. A list of updates for all synced prospects can be viewed through the Partner Updates page in Sherpa.
Marketing Automation & Tools Integrations

HubSpot 
This integration provides the following services for Marketing and Sales qualified leads:
- Sales-qualified leads can be pushed from HubSpot directly into Sherpa. The Sherpa user will receive a notification that a new lead has arrived, and can navigate to the lead’s profile.
- Sales-qualified leads can schedule tours and appointments on the Sherpa Calendar directly from HubSpot forms.
- Sales-qualified leads can sync inquiry source, marketing campaign and sales activity records between HubSpot and Sherpa to analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Sales-qualified leads can sync status and stage updates between HubSpot and Sherpa to target and filter market-qualified leads.

ActiveDEMAND (in progress) 
This integration provides the following services for Marketing and Sales qualified leads:
- Create marketing campaigns in ActiveDEMAND and push sales-qualified leads to Sherpa with campaign inquiry source, demographic data and marketing metadata. Available campaigns include: call tracking, email and text, newsletters and surveys, social media ads and posts, Google ads, and website landing pages with embedded forms.
- Create lead nurturing campaigns in ActiveDEMAND and sync lead data with Sherpa to engage sales-qualified leads. When leads engage, Sherpa will notify the user and provide engagement metadata.
- Create auto responders in ActiveDEMAND and push triggers from recorded sales activities and events in Sherpa to engage them.
- Sales-qualified leads sync inquiry source, marketing campaign and sales activity outcomes to report and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Use appointment schedulers to create tours and appointments on the Sherpa Calendar directly from ActiveDEMAND forms.
- Push customized lead scoring metrics to Sherpa with notifications and marketing metadata.
- Complete email, text and voice call activities with automated sales notes and Time in the Selling Zone.

MailChimp 
This marketing list integration allows users to pull up existing lists from a MailChimp account, as well as export contact information into such lists.
For example, if a MailChimp campaign is created for all Active prospects in Sherpa, a user can both export this marketing list into MailChimp and create a bulk sales notes action for these prospects, all from the same interface.

Reputation 
This survey integration allows users to set up activity triggers (e.g. tour, home visit, etc.) to automatically send surveys to prospects and influencers.

The Studio 
Sherpa users can access dozens of event postcards and flyers for prospects and professionals. Just select your event, add your details and design elements – then place your print order or download. An upgrade to Studio Pro is available to access email banners, Facebook posts, newsletters, direct mail campaigns and marketing kits.
Incoming Lead Integrations
With the following integrations, incoming leads can be pushed directly into the On Deck section of a community’s Base Camp page. Leads can flow into one or multiple communities depending on what is selected by the inquirer.
From the On Deck section, the Sherpa user will receive a notification that a new lead has arrived, and can navigate to the lead’s profile.

A Place for Mom 
Online lead referrals can be pushed directly into Sherpa. If desired, Sherpa can send activity notifications (e.g. tours) back to A Place for Mom.

Caring.com 
Online referrals can be pushed directly into Sherpa.

SeniorVu

Zillow 
This integration ties directly to a prospect’s or influencer’s address and offers Leasing Counselors valuable data and knowledge about their residence.

Google Maps 
The Google integration embeds interactive and custom Google Maps directly into a prospect’s or influencer’s profile in Sherpa.

White Pages 
The White Pages integration provides the ability to connect a chosen prospect with available information on demographics of their immediate and extended family, and their contact information.

Facebook 
Available for prospects and influencers, the Facebook integration allows users to quickly access an active Facebook account associated with prospects and influencers.

LinkedIn 
Available for contacts and influencers, the LinkedIn integration allows users to quickly access an active LinkedIn account.
Communication & Productivity Integrations

Microsoft Outlook 
The Sherpa and Microsoft Outlook integration will sync calendar events, tasks, and email correspondence aimed at increasing time in the selling zone. Outlook 2013, Office 365 and newer versions are supported.
Sherpa to Outlook calendar subscriptions are available for Outlook 2008 and newer versions.

Google, Yahoo & iCal Calendar 
Sherpa to Google, Yahoo & iCal Calendar subscriptions are supported.

Microsoft Active Directory / Single Sign-on
