Hello fellow senior living professionals!

Thank you for visiting the Sherpa blog, a resource for creative and meaningful discourse in senior sales. Our mission is to revolutionize the way our industry sells. Change is hard – but we can do it.

If you’ve been to One On One training or heard about some of the work my partner Alex Fisher and I do, you may be familiar with Prospect Centered Selling℠, the product of our experience as owner-operators, consultants and hands on sales-counselors. This approach achieves better conversion ratios and attracts higher functioning residents by helping prospects navigate a difficult and emotional transition.

We are very excited and proud to be offering Sherpa: Guiding Change. This web-based application is more than just a better, more user-friendly CRM; it is also a best practices training tool that tracks and motivates relevant and effective sales behaviors.

The wait is almost over. Starting in April, Sherpa will be available to the industry. (UPDATE: We’ve since launched! See what people are saying about our revolutionary CRM.)
