Welcome to News from the Tech Desk, our newest blog column where Sherpa users can find all the latest product enhancements, updates and features.

We’ve added two important new functionalities to the Sherpa CRM in the past month: 

  • Transfer Outcome Report 
  • Sales Journal search

Transfer Outcome Report  

This report tracks the outcomes of resident/prospect transfers within a company (for example, from Assisted Living to a skilled nursing facility), organized by the initial inquiry date or transfer date. It’s especially useful for companies that regularly transfer leads among communities. Find it on the Reports page under Operations/Occupancy. 

Sales Journal search


You can now search Sales Journal Entries by keyword, outcome (Continuation, Advance, Deposit/Wait List, Sale) or activity (call-in, tour, home visit, etc.) If the Prospect Profile has been shared or transferred among multiple communities, you can filter search results by community. Improved search functionality applies to both Prospects and to Outreach Contacts in Sherpa.
