Here at Sherpa, we take heart when working with the many industry partners who adopt a Prospect-Centered® approach to business operations. 2018 is off to an exciting start, with two partners introducing new programs we wanted to highlight.

Senior Living SMART is one such partner who continues to add services to their already impressive platform.  We particularly like their marketing automation resources and ability to customize marketing content on the basis of a prospect’s Stage of Change.  With recent improvements to their innovative Studio and a new partnership with GlynnDevins, they’re worth a look in the new year for clients looking to add marketing punch to their Prospect-Centered® sales culture.

We’re also excited to share a forward-thinking pilot program just introduced by SiteStaff.  As you can see by visiting their website, SiteStaff’s digital chat representatives seek to ‘humanize your website experience.’ Our Sherpa Training Team spent a couple of days with SiteStaff’s talented chat representatives. We taught them how to engage in Prospect-Centered® conversation online and were thrilled when SiteStaff announced they were introducing a new Prospect-Centered® pilot program.

Instead of simply booking a tour like most referral and chat companies, the chat representatives will, when possible, attempt to establish trust and confirm an initial home visit with prospects.
