If you’ve been following along, then you know we’re in the midst of a 6-week reporting release at Sherpa featuring significant enhancements in our reporting and data visualization functionalities.
Following the second of three sprint cycles, we’re proud to release functional and style updates to Sherpa’s proprietary dashboards: Know Thy Leads® and Team Productivity®. Users will notice an improved design and user experience consistent with the updated Sherpa Reports environment as well as significant functionality upgrades to both dashboards.
New in Know Thy Leads®… users can now ‘reverse validate’ prospect activity. (Yes, that’s a made-up term but stick with us.) Similar to the concept of exception reporting, sales teams and managers can dig deep into their company, regional or community pipelines to find prospects who haven’t benefitted from home visits, planning sessions, creative follow-up, or other key selling activities. With that information available, exportable and sortable at a company, regional or community level, users can transform traditional sales reporting into actionable sales insight with one, simple toggle.
Updates to our Team Productivity® Dashboard include enhanced design, performance updates and a streamlined default view that brings company and community benchmarks front and center.
Next up and planned for release in early April, Sherpa users will benefit from an ambitious release that includes a complete re-make of the existing Sherpa dashboard and intuitive, exportable data visualizations for Sherpa reports.
