We’ve added February dates for our PCS Leadership Virtual Classroom. This 4-part course helps you maximize sales results using Prospect-Centered Selling® (PCS). It’s ideal for community sales leaders, executive directors and company sales leadership. Each 90-minute session is filled with tips and strategies based on both the methodology and the metrics that promote increased performance. Note, the Leadership Class is offered to Sherpa CRM users only.

Our instructors have experience leading PCS fundamentals within their own sales teams as well as mentoring others to adopt the key sales behaviors and strategies. The course is designed specifically for sales leaders and focuses on ways to coach and mentor the sales behaviors that lead to higher conversions and better results.

- Use Sherpa Analytics to identify coaching and sales opportunities
