This series is ideal for company executives, sales leadership, data analysts, or anyone who is responsible for preparing reports and interpreting data.

Sherpa’s CRM Analytics classroom is a 4-day series of 90-minute sessions. During the series you will learn how to:

  • Define the metrics and data points within the CRM
  • Understand how data points are organized throughout the CRM
  • Have confidence in your ability to interpret these data points
  • Know exactly where to go in the CRM to get the data you need
