Lucas Hayes

Background

Lucas Hayes is the company’s Chief Commercial Officer and co-founded Enquire in 2012, serving as a driving force behind the launch of the industry’s first contact center and fastest-growing CRM and marketing automation platform.

In his current role, he collaborates closely with customers and business partners to facilitate solution integrations helping the company expand market share across all care settings. He believes these partnerships are integral to improving operator performance, the staff work experience, and the daily services delivered to seniors. He also dedicates time to employee advancement, mentoring and leading others to help them achieve their professional goals.

Lucas holds a business degree from the University of Iowa.
