It’s been a week since we wrapped up our first ever Sales Base Camp event, and we’re looking at the road ahead. There were so many valuable tips and strategies for increasing sales effectiveness for 2021, but one area that stood out to us was the importance of training.
The impact that training can have on your team was showcased by Lacy Jungman, VP of Sales and Marketing at Heritage Communities, a Sherpa customer. She demonstrated how her organization increased sales performance by enrolling executive directors (EDs) in Sherpa Virtual Classroom training and, afterwards, encouraged their participation in the sales process, especially planning.
