Marketing Automation & Engagement

The bi-directional ActiveDEMAND integration allows users to push sales-qualified leads from marketing campaigns into Sherpa including information on campaign inquiry source, demographic data and marketing metadata to easily report on campaign effectiveness. Additionally, Sherpa users can send prospects directly to an ActiveDEMAND campaign using bulk actions or directly from a prospect profile and also view a prospect’s marketing activity from ActiveDEMAND within the “Marketing Summary” tab.

The bi-directional HeartLegacy integration allows users to sync prospect and influencer information for use as video recipients directly within HeartLegacy. When a HeartLegacy video is sent, HeartLegacy will post a sales note, including a link to the video, to the prospect profile in Sherpa.

The bi-directional HubSpot integration allows sales-qualified leads to be pushed from HubSpot directly to Sherpa as well as sync records between HubSpot and Sherpa to analyze campaign effectiveness. Additionally, updates on Sherpa stage and status will be sent to HubSpot to aid in workflow enrollment.

The LifeLoop integration allows users to sync resident and influencer demographic, contact and census information between Sherpa and LifeLoop

The MailChimp integration allows users to pull up existing lists from a MailChimp account and export contact information from Sherpa into a selected list.

The Occupancy Insights integration allows users to set up activity triggers, such as tours and move-ins recorded in Sherpa, to automatically send surveys to prospects and influencers.

The OneDay integration helps senior living sales communities conduct personalized outreach and tell better resident stories through video messaging. A great tool for creative follow-up and virtual tours.

The Reputation integration allows users to set up activity triggers, such as tour or home visit, in order to automatically send surveys to prospects and influencers.

The Senior Living Smart integration allows users to access dozens of event postcards and flyers for prospects and professionals contacts. Just select your event, add your details and design elements, then place your print order or download. Upgrade to Senior Living Smart Pro to access email banners, Facebook posts, newsletters, direct mail campaigns and marketing kits.
Lead Generation
Sherpa allows you to send new leads from your company website directly into the CRM. This integration will involve work from either your company’s internal IT department or the agency who manages your website. Sherpa can provide you the necessary API documentation to complete the integration. We work closely with the following vendors, which many customers use to host their web submission forms.

Further’s AI-powered sales assistant installs on your website and integrates with Sherpa CRM. This “chatbot” initiates and automates conversations with your prospects and lets you capture and convert more qualified web leads, all while consolidating key information in the CRM.

The G5 integration allows for marketing and website inquiry submissions to be pushed directly into Sherpa.

The SeniorVu integration allows for online referrals to be pushed directly into Sherpa for easy access.

The SiteStaff integration allows leads to be pushed from live chat directly into Sherpa’s On Deck section of a community’s Base Camp and trigger a notification of a new lead.
